  • Product Description:The tube bundle, tube sheet and head of titanium tubular heat exchanger are made of TA2 pure titanium. The tube sheet structure is fixed and the tube bundle is integrally formed by expansion welding.
[ Supply status ]
Titanium tube and tubesheet are combined by expansion welding, the weld joint is qualified in NDT, the whole tube is pickled and passivated, and the whole set of titanium flanges and fasteners are provided.


[ Processing Technology ]

Blanking of titanium plate and titanium tube → drilling and processing of tube plate → tube bundle threading → tube expansion+argon arc welding → overall assembly → nondestructive testing → water pressure and air tightness test → acid pickling and passivation treatment.


[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium surface can generate dense passive film, which can withstand the corrosion of brine, seawater, dilute acid and saline waste liquid for a long time, without the risk of pitting and perforation; Balanced thermal conductivity, stable performance under high and low temperature alternating working conditions; No metallic impurities will be separated out to pollute the fluid, no magnetism, and it is suitable for heat exchange of high-purity chemical materials; The corrosion resistance of the weld shall be consistent with the base metal, and it is not easy to leak for long-term operation.


[ Process structure ]

The expansion welding composite connection process is adopted, the tube bundle and the tube sheet are closely fitted, and the leakage of medium in the tube side and shell side is eliminated; The fixed tubesheet has strong structure rigidity, small floor area, uniform arrangement of heat exchange elements and high heat exchange efficiency; High-purity argon protection shall be provided throughout the welding process, and the weld shall be free of oxide interlayer; One by one water pressure and air tightness test for finished products, 100% flaw detection for welding seams, and overall pickling and passivation to improve surface corrosion resistance.
