[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium surface forms a dense passive film, which is free from corrosion and perforation in high corrosion media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, electrolyte and seawater for a long time; Strong stability under high temperature condition, not easy to react with materials and pollute products; Light weight, obvious corrosion resistance compared with stainless steel; Non-magnetic, suitable for high-purity reagent and electronic chemical production and storage; The corrosion resistance of the weld is the same as that of the base metal, and it is not easy to leak.

[ Process structure ]

The cylinder is rolled as a whole to reduce the splicing weld and the leakage risk; All-welding adopts double-sided argon protection, without oxide interlayer; The inner and outer walls shall be polished and free of dead corner and corrosive medium; It can be matched with titanium jacket to realize heating and cooling, and the pipe orifice and flange are integrally welded; Hydraulic pressure test and weld flaw detection for finished products one by one, acid pickling and passivation to strengthen the surface corrosion protection, and supporting the installation of titanium stirring, titanium coil and titanium spraying devices.
