[ Processing Technology ]

Blanking of titanium tube/titanium plate → drilling and grooving of tube sheet → tube bundle threading → tube expansion+argon arc welding → assembly of floating head assembly → NDT → water pressure and air tightness test → acid pickling and passivation.


[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium has extremely strong resistance to chloride ion corrosion, without pitting and perforation under seawater, brine and dilute acid conditions; Heat transfer and thermal conductivity are stable, and the corrosion resistance remains unchanged when the temperature difference between cold and hot medium changes greatly; The floating head structure releases thermal expansion and cold contraction stress, and the tube bundle is not easy to crack and leak; No metal ion precipitation, ensuring material purity, non-magnetic, suitable for high-purity chemical fluid heat exchange.
