[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: N6 has excellent annealing plasticity, no crack during bending, and is resistant to cold and hot cycle fatigue; The thermal expansion coefficient of the whole set of nickel components is uniform to reduce the assembly stress.
2. Corrosion resistance: core advantage, resistance to normal temperature, high temperature concentrated caustic soda, molten alkali, hydrofluoric acid, fluorine gas medium; Not applicable to strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid.
3. Physical characteristics: excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity, extremely low air release in vacuum environment; Magnetic, high temperature oxidation resistance better than stainless steel.
4. Application advantages: the whole set of components made of the same material can avoid the galvanic corrosion caused by different metals, and greatly extend the service life of the heat exchanger.


[ Process structure ]

1. The whole seamless coil shall be bended in one piece without intermediate splicing weld, so as to eliminate the risk of perforation and leakage of strongly alkali medium weld.
2. Vacuum annealing shall be carried out after bending to eliminate bending stress, and repeated heat exchange at high and low temperature is not easy to rebound and crack.
3. The inner wall is smooth without oxide layer, the medium is not easy to scale, the heat exchange efficiency declines slowly in long-term operation, and the cleaning period is longer.
4. The complete machine is equipped with nickel flanges and nickel fasteners of the same material, with stable sealing and fitting, no potential galvanic corrosion, and no leakage during the ex-factory hydraulic pressure maintaining test.
