[ Material Performance ]
1. Corrosion resistance: resistant to concentrated alkali, caustic soda, salt solution and organic medium, with alkali environment stability far more than stainless steel; The neutral water environment is not easy to rust;
2. Physical properties: density 8.9g/cm ³, melting point 1455 ℃; Excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity; Curie temperature is 354 ℃, low temperature toughness is not attenuated;
3. Mechanical property: tensile strength ≥ 380MPa, elongation ≥ 30%; The strength can reach 650MPa after cold work strengthening, with good plasticity and easy processing and welding;
4. Purity advantages: strictly control the amount of iron, carbon, sulfur and silicon impurities, low gas emission, no precipitation, no pollution to electrolyte and high-purity medium.

[ Process structure ]

1. Formed structure: standard hexagon head, cylindrical hexagon socket, full thread/half thread, double-head through-wire stud, matched with lock nut and flat washer of the same material to prevent galvanic corrosion;
2. Thread process: precision roll thread, ISO 6H high precision tolerance, tight occlusion and not easy to slide; The end face shall be chamfered, and the assembly shall be smooth without damaging the base material;
3. Internal process: full-process vacuum heat treatment, uniform grain without internal stress; Oil-free processing, suitable for vacuum and electrochemical clean working conditions; Dimensional tolerance ± 0.03mm.

1. New energy: fuel cell electrode fastening, electrolytic cell, lithium cell production equipment, energy storage conductive connector;
2. Chemical anti-corrosion: flange connection of caustic soda unit, alkali reactor, evaporator and strong alkali pipeline;
