[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical properties (annealed M-state)
The density is 4.43g/cm ³, which is only 57% of steel, and the specific strength is much better than carbon steel and stainless steel;
Tensile strength ≥ 895MPa, yield ≥ 825MPa, elongation at break ≥ 10%; Excellent fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and fracture toughness. The strength remains stable and does not deteriorate even after long-term use at 400 ℃.
2. Corrosion resistance performance
A dense titanium dioxide passivation film is formed on the surface, which is resistant to seawater, chloride ions, wet chlorine gas, and dilute acid-base corrosion; The anti-corrosion ability is superior to 304/316L stainless steel; Not resistant to concentrated hydrofluoric acid and high-temperature concentrated hydrochloric acid.
3. Special physical characteristics
Non magnetic, excellent low-temperature toughness (no brittle fracture at -196 ℃); Good biocompatibility, non-toxic and free of metal precipitation; Low thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and small deformation of high-temperature structures.
4. Processing adaptability
Capable of argon arc welding, CNC milling, bending, forging, and superplastic forming, with balanced comprehensive cold and hot processing performance.
[ Process Structure ]
1. Hot rolled dense matrix structure
Multi pass high reduction hot rolling results in a uniform and fine internal structure of the sheet, without looseness, porosity, or delamination. The overall density is high, and it has strong pressure resistance and impact resistance, which is different from the thin plate cold rolling process.
2. Vacuum heat treatment organization
After annealing, a stable α+β biaxial structure is formed, and internal stress is completely eliminated. It is not easy to deform or crack after long-term use; Solid solution aging can regulate the organization and further enhance its strength.
3. Surface and Quality Inspection Structure
Sandblasting/acid cleaning of the board surface to remove high-temperature oxide scale, and machining of bright surfaces can be provided as needed; Factory 100% ultrasonic internal inspection, mechanical tensile testing, hardness and hydrogen content testing, no hidden internal defects, long service life.
