[ Processing Technology ]

Hot rolling and cutting of titanium alloy ingots → Cold rolling and finishing → Vacuum stress relief annealing → Plate surface polishing and non-destructive testing → Open cutting and storage.


[ Material Performance ]

TC4 has a much higher tensile strength than TA2 pure titanium, and is resistant to impact and alternating fatigue. Its mechanical properties are stable at high temperatures of 400 ℃; The surface passivation film can resist corrosion from seawater, salt spray, and weak acids, and is not prone to pitting corrosion; Low density, reducing weight by about 40% compared to steel; Non magnetic, will not interfere with nuclear magnetic and vacuum sensing equipment; TC4 ELI has stricter impurity control, good biocompatibility, and can be used to produce load-bearing implant components for the human body.


[ Process Structure ]

Uniform melting and casting of raw materials, precise control of aluminum and vanadium ratios, and uniform composition of sheet materials without segregation; Multi pass rolling refines grain size, with dense internal structure and strong bending and pressure resistance; Vacuum annealing eliminates rolling stress, making bending and machining less prone to deformation and cracking; Spectral testing is conducted for each batch, and ultrasonic testing is performed on thick plates one by one to identify internal defects such as porosity, inclusions, and delamination.
