[ Material Performance ]
Chemical titanium coil has excellent corrosion resistance, which can withstand dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali liquor, salt solution and chlorinated chemical medium for a long time, effectively preventing pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and medium penetration pollution. The material has stable mechanical property, high tensile strength and good toughness, and is not easy to deform and crack under cold and hot cycle conditions. The pipe wall is smooth and not easy to be blocked by scaling, the heat exchange efficiency is durable and stable, there is no metal precipitation, and the chemical materials are not polluted.


[ Process structure ]

The whole seamless titanium pipe is bended and formed integrally to reduce welding joints and eliminate chemical medium leakage from the root; Uniform bending radian and regular arrangement of coils effectively increase the heat exchange contact area and improve the heat exchange efficiency. Standard groove design of pipe orifice, applicable to welding, flange and other installation methods.
