Thin-wall titanium coil - special for condenser

[ Material Performance ]
1. Heat exchange performance: thin tube wall, small thermal resistance, high cold and heat exchange rate, improving condenser condensation effect; Smooth inner wall, less salt scale and impurities, low heat exchange attenuation during long-term operation.
2. Corrosion resistance: resist seawater, brine and chlorinated circulating water corrosion, eliminate perforation and crevice corrosion caused by chloride ion, with service life better than stainless steel.
3. Mechanical property: good plasticity after annealing, not easy to crack during bending; Tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, able to withstand the impact of conventional circulating water pressure, no metal ion precipitation, no pollution to medium, applicable temperature - 40 ℃ - 160 ℃.

[ Process structure ]

The whole thin-wall seamless pipe shall be continuously bent to reduce the welding joint and leakage risk; Low-speed numerical control process is adopted for bend to avoid thinning and collapse of thin-wall pipe wall; Coil coils shall be evenly spaced and fully contacted with heat exchange medium; Standard groove of pipe orifice, welding and installation of adapter flange and pipe; Low-pressure precision pressure test shall be carried out for finished products one by one to avoid sand hole and slight leakage. The overall weight is light, which is convenient for lifting and assembly inside the condenser.
