[ Process structure ]
1. The whole seamless one-piece coil has no spliced weld in the whole process, completely eliminating weld corrosion and leakage, and is suitable for high-pressure heat exchange system.
2. Numerical control cold bending molding, no flat and thin pipe wall, no wrinkle, stable flow sectional area, uniform heat exchange flow.
3. Vacuum annealing shall be carried out after bending to eliminate internal bending stress, and repeated use at high and low temperature is not easy to rebound and fracture.
4. Hydraulic pressure test shall be carried out one by one before delivery, and the sealing property shall meet the standard. Coil pipes shall be arranged neatly for the convenience of equipment installation and fixation.
