[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: good plasticity in annealing state, bendable, stamped, argon arc welded, not easy to crack in cold and hot processing;
2. Anti-corrosion performance: resistant to concentrated alkali at room temperature and high temperature, molten caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid, not applicable to strong oxidizing nitric acid;
3. Physical and chemical characteristics: stable conductivity and heat conduction, high temperature oxidation resistance, low vacuum air release, and magnetic property at room temperature;
4. Application advantages: compact plate surface, no porosity and porosity, no corrosion and perforation under long-term electrolytic working condition, long service life.


[ Process structure ]

1. Forged and rolled compact base material, without looseness, interlayer and pore inside, with uniform overall structure;
2. Vacuum annealing can eliminate the rolling stress, and the plate processing is not easy to rebound and deform;
3. Fine pickling and polishing on both sides, no oxide skin on the plate surface, better welding and electroplating adhesion;
4. Components and mechanical properties shall be inspected batch by batch before delivery, and the plate surface shall be free of scratches and cracks, with precise dimensional tolerance.

1. Chlor-alkali chemical industry: cathode plate of electrolytic tank, anti-corrosion plate for lining of caustic soda reaction equipment;
2. New energy industry: lithium battery electrolytic purification and electroplating anode base material;
3. Fluorine chemical equipment: hydrofluoric acid reactor lining, anti-corrosion tooling pad;
