[ Processing Technology ]

Electrolytic nickel plate melting and casting nickel ingot → hot rolling and billet → cold drawing and finishing → vacuum stress-relief annealing → straightening and polishing → spectrum detection, nondestructive testing, slitting and warehousing.


[ Material Performance ]

Pure nickel can generate stable passive film in high-temperature concentrated alkali, hydrofluoric acid and saline-containing medium, which is resistant to alkali embrittlement and pitting corrosion, and is not prone to corrosion and leakage in long-term use; Outstanding conductivity and heat conduction, suitable for electroplating conductive members; Good toughness, not easy to crack during cold and hot machining and argon arc welding; Stable chemical property in high temperature environment, few metal impurities separated out to pollute medium, non-magnetic in whole, suitable for high-purity production conditions. N4 has higher purity and is applicable to ultra-high cleanliness scenes. N6 has higher cost performance and can be used under general anti-corrosion conditions.


[ Process structure ]

High-purity electrolytic nickel is used as the base material for smelting, and harmful impurities such as iron, carbon and copper are strictly controlled. Ingot composition is uniform without segregation; The grain is refined by multiple hot rolling to eliminate internal loose and air hole defects; Vacuum annealing completely releases the processing stress, and the subsequent turning and milling are not easy to deform; The surface of the cold-drawn bright bar shall be free of pockmark and sand hole; Re-inspection of spectrum composition shall be carried out for each batch, ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out for large diameter bars one by one, and hidden dangers such as internal microcracks and inclusions shall be eliminated.
