[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: it has good annealing plasticity and can be processed by coil, bending and argon arc welding. It is not easy to crack during cold and hot processing;
2. Anti-corrosion performance: resistant to concentrated alkali, molten alkali and hydrofluoric acid corrosion, not applicable to strong oxidizing nitric acid medium;
3. Physical and chemical characteristics: balanced thermal conductivity, high temperature oxidation resistance, extremely low amount of air discharged in vacuum;
4. Application advantages: seamless one-piece structure, avoiding weld corrosion perforation, suitable for long-term continuous strong corrosion working condition.


[ Process structure ]

1. Extruded and cold-rolled one-piece forming, dense internal structure of the pipe, no pores, interlayer and loose defects;
2. Vacuum annealing can eliminate cold drawing stress, and bending forming is not easy to rebound and break;
3. The inner and outer walls are pickled and polished, without oxide scale, the medium is not easy to scale, and the heat exchange efficiency is stable;
4. The finished products shall be subject to pressure maintaining by water pressure one by one+NDT, and the leakproofness and wall thickness uniformity shall meet the standard.

1. Chlor-alkali chemical industry: caustic soda conveying pipeline and electrolytic tank circulating heat exchange pipeline;
2. Fluorine chemical industry: hydrofluoric acid reaction, transmission and corrosion resistant pipeline;
