[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical properties: Good plasticity, tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, outstanding pressure and impact resistance, suitable for thick plate load-bearing conditions;
2. Corrosion resistance: Long term resistance to seawater, brine, dilute acid and alkali, and saline wastewater, without pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and no precipitation of impurities;
3. Basic characteristics: Density of 4.51g/cm ³, non-magnetic, stable low-temperature performance, suitable for argon arc welding and plasma welding, suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 300 ℃.


[ Process Structure ]

High temperature hot rolling refines the grain size of the plate, resulting in a uniform and dense internal structure, while avoiding porosity and interlayer defects; Vacuum annealing after rolling eliminates hot rolling stress and reduces the risk of processing cracking; The finished product is uniformly pickled to remove the high-temperature oxide layer on the surface, and the surface is flat without peeling; Full ultrasonic internal inspection, controllable thickness tolerance, stable bending, cutting, and welding processing performance.
