【Material Performance】
1. Mechanical properties: Density of 4.43-4.51g/cm ³, weight of only 57% steel; TA2 annealing tensile strength ≥ 440MPa, good plasticity and easy forming; TC4 tensile strength ≥ 895MPa, fatigue and torsion resistance, suitable for high-strength structural components.
2. Corrosion resistance: The surface generates a stable titanium dioxide passivation film, which is resistant to seawater, chloride salts, dilute acid and alkali, and wet chlorine gas. Its corrosion resistance far exceeds that of stainless steel wire and is not easily corroded or broken.
3. Physical characteristics: non-magnetic, excellent low-temperature toughness, not easily brittle at -196 ℃; Low coefficient of thermal expansion, stable size under high temperature conditions; Medical grade with no heavy metal precipitation and biocompatibility.
4. Processing adaptability: Soft state argon arc automatic welding, laser wire filling, arc additive 3D printing; Hard state is suitable for stamping, weaving, and making titanium springs and anti-corrosion filters.
【Process Structure】
1. Continuous drawing dense structure: Multi pass progressive cold drawing, with fine and uniform grains inside the wire, no looseness or microcracks, uniform and stable mechanical properties of the entire roll, and no differences in segmented strength.
2. Vacuum segmented annealing process: Each drawing process is matched with vacuum stress relief annealing to eliminate work hardening and avoid wire bending and cracking; Isolate the air and prevent surface oxygen embrittlement layer.
3. Regular axis winding structure: Automated precision winding of wire, neat arrangement of wire without tangled or knotted threads, smooth wire feeding by automated welding machines and 3D printing equipment, reducing downtime losses.
4. Full process quality control system: diameter tolerance and surface smoothness are tested axis by axis, hydrogen content and mechanical stretching are randomly inspected to eliminate peeling, scratches, and oil stains, and vacuum moisture-proof packaging is used.
