[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical advantages: The annealed tensile strength is ≥ 895MPa, much higher than TA2 pure titanium, with resistance to tension, impact, and alternating fatigue, suitable for long-term load-bearing structural components; Density of 4.51g/cm ³, reducing weight by nearly 40% compared to steel.
2. Temperature resistance characteristics: Long term use temperature can reach 400 ℃, short-term high temperature resistance is 500 ℃, and high temperature strength attenuation is small.
3. Corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, chloride ions, weak acid media, non-magnetic, good biocompatibility, and not easily cracked or deformed under alternating cold and hot working conditions.


[ Process Structure ]

Through repeated multi-directional forging and crushing of coarse as cast grains, internal porosity and segregation defects are eliminated, resulting in a uniform and stable microstructure; Vacuum annealing releases processing stress, making precision machining less prone to tool shaking and deformation; Cold drawn round bars have high dimensional accuracy and can be directly processed with precision; Adequate turning allowance is reserved for forging the large rod, and ultrasonic testing is carried out on the entire length of the finished product to eliminate internal hidden cracking defects. After welding, the weld strength is close to that of the base material.
