[ Material Performance ]
1. High temperature resistance: TC4 can be used for a long time at 400 ℃, while TA15/TA18 can be used for a long time at 450-500 ℃. It has excellent high-temperature tensile strength and creep resistance, and is not easily deformed or cracked in high-temperature alternating environments;
2. Mechanical properties: Repeatedly forging and crushing coarse grains, overall impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and bearing capacity far higher than ordinary hot-rolled titanium rods;
3. Comprehensive characteristics: Density of 4.51g/cm ³, lightweight, resistant to seawater and weak acid corrosion, non-magnetic, and will not precipitate impurities or contaminate the medium under high temperature conditions.

Adopting the upsetting and stretching multi-directional forging process, the internal looseness and segregation of the ingot are completely eliminated, and the material structure of the large-sized section is uniform; After forging, a specialized high-temperature homogeneous annealing is carried out to release residual stresses and avoid high-temperature use or machining deformation; Adequate machining allowance is reserved for forging blanks, which can achieve precise dimensions of the entire vehicle's outer circle; The finished product undergoes 100% ultrasonic non-destructive testing to identify internal microcracks, meeting the standards for high-temperature pressure vessels and aviation hot end components.
