[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property: titanium material has light weight, high specific strength, short neck improves the rigidity of flange, resists slight vibration and is not easy to deform;
2. Anti-corrosion performance: dense and stable surface passive film, resistant to salt mist, seawater, weak acid and alkali, no pitting corrosion and rust;
3. Physical and chemical characteristics: non-magnetic, good low temperature toughness, clean material, no impurities are separated out when transporting high-purity pharmaceutical solution;
4. Application advantages: simple downward welding operation, moderate processing cost, suitable for normal temperature pipeline with small pressure fluctuation.


[ Process structure ]

1. Forged integrally, flange plate and taper neck are seamless, without delamination and leakage defects;
2. Low tapered transition neck improves the support force of flange, which is more uniform than that of flat flange;
3. Standard flat welding groove, pipe insertion and welding, high field processing and assembly efficiency;
4. Vacuum annealing shall be carried out for finished products to eliminate processing stress, and appearance inspection shall be carried out piece by piece. The flatness of sealing surface shall meet the standard.
