[ Product Specifications ]
1. Titanium elbow: DN10~DN300, 45 °/90 °/180 °, long radius, short radius;
2. Titanium tees: equal diameter tees, reducing tees;
3. Titanium head: concentric, eccentric variable diameter;
4. Supply status: M annealed soft state, acid washed clean surface, can be polished as needed.

5. Processing technology: titanium tube blank cutting → high-temperature hot forging/cold extrusion integrated forming → groove processing → vacuum annealing to relieve stress → acid pickling to remove oxide scale → water pressure and pressure resistance, size inspection and full inspection.


[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical properties: Density only 60% of stainless steel, high specific strength; The annealed state has excellent plasticity and can be seamlessly welded with titanium tube argon arc welding, with stable welding performance.
2. Corrosion resistance: The surface forms a stable oxidation passivation film, which is resistant to seawater, saltwater, dilute acid and alkali, and wet chlorine gas. Its anti-corrosion performance far exceeds that of 316L stainless steel.
3. Physical characteristics: non-magnetic, excellent low-temperature toughness, and not easily deformed at high temperatures; The material is clean and free of heavy metal precipitation, suitable for transportation in pharmaceuticals and high-purity media.

4. Advantages of use: Integrated forging without welding seams, avoiding corrosion and leakage of welded pipe fittings, suitable for high-pressure and long-term continuous operation conditions.


[ Process Structure ]
1. Integrated forging and forming, with no splicing welds on the pipe body, uniform wall thickness, and no local thinning defects at the variable diameter and corner positions.
2. After forming, vacuum annealing eliminates internal stress during forging, and the pipeline is less prone to cracking and deformation under alternating cold and hot working conditions.
3. The inner wall has a smooth transition, low fluid resistance, and is not easy to deposit medium scaling and blockage, reducing pipeline corrosion points.

4. Each piece undergoes a water pressure test and visual inspection before leaving the factory to check for microcracks, eccentricity, and insufficient wall thickness, ensuring reliable sealing.
